As a dietary supplement, adults mix 1 serving (1 tablespoon of Igor labz® L-CARNITINE 5000 with 5-7 oz. of cold water twice daily. L-CARNITINE 5000 can be used on its own or with other IGOR supplements like LIPODROL to help you achieve your goals faster. Shake before use. Refrigerate after opening. To be used as part of a resistance exercise program.
